We traveled from Houston to Seattle, Washington to spend 4 days in Mount Rainier National Park and then another 4 days in Olympic National Park.

Day 2- Hike Paradise Area

  • Skyline Trail via High Sky and Golden Gate
    • 4.6 Mile Loop
    • 1788 Ft Elevation
  • Snow Lake Trail (Only to Bench Lake)
    • 1.6 Mile Round Trip
    • 320 Ft Elevation
  • Alexander Lodge in Ashford

Day 3- Hike Sunrise Area

  • Glacier Basin
    • 6.5 Miles Round Trip
    • 1600 Ft Elevation
  • Chalets in Crystal Mountain

Day 4- Hike Sunrise Area

  • Second Burrough via Frozen Lake Up and Sunrise Trail Down
    • 6 Mile Loop
    • 1345 Ft Elevation
  • Chalets in Crystal Mountain
